Contributor Applications

Artist✧ Three samples should be sent, with one being a FE3H or a Seteth centric piece.✧ You may send in a portfolio.✧ You can attach links from social media! Please be aware that Instagram will naturally lower the resolution of your sample.✧ Please no WIPs.✧ We ask for a digital canvas with a minimum dpi of 300, RGB color.✧ Pieces may be traditional upon artist request, but will require more in depth conversation with moderators and the contributor’s ability to produce a high quality scan.Writing✧ Application samples should be between between 1000 to 3000 words, with one being FE3H centric.✧ Samples can be sent through google docs (please make sure we can access it!) or through Fanfiction.net/Archive of Our Own.Merch✧ Samples don’t have to be merchandise you’ve made in the past, but they should be at resolutions suitable for the specified merchandise.✧ One sample out of the three should be FE3H centric. You may link to either a portfolio or links from social media.✧ No WIP’s please. Samples should be finished products. Prints should feature backgrounds.✧ We aren’t requiring full resolution files, but please instead showcase a screenshot of what it would look like at full resolution.

We will be asking for artists, writers, and merchandise.✧ What's the age to join?
We will allow anyone over 16+ to join. For the NSFW companion you will have to be 18+.✧ Will I need a Discord?
All communication will be handled through discord. A discord account will be mandatory.✧ Can I apply for multiple positions?
Yes! You can apply for as many positions as you see fit.✧ What will be the contributor's compensation?
All contributors will be given a free copy of the digital PDF, the digital NSFW companion, and if budget allows a copy of the physical product. The merchandise will be sold at a discount.✧ Will I be able to submit work I've already created, but have not published?
We ask that everyone creates newly made work for the project.✧ Will you be allowing ship content?
Yes, we will!✧ If I apply to make a collaboration, will the person I collaborate with need to apply for a position as well?
Yes, they will.✧ Will traditional art be allowed to be submitted?
Traditional art will be allowed. If you choose to send in traditional art, high quality resolution scans or photos will be mandatory- as well as the ability to edit the image for optimization to print.✧ May I post my art online?
We ask that all art be refrained from any social media until after the zine is published.✧ May I use a beta or have someone else look over my work?
Of course! You can use a beta outside the zine, but our Writing Mod Merci will be reading over every piece and leaving critique.✧ What will be the min and max amount of words required?
There will be no minimum. Our maximum amount of words will be 1600.✧ May I post my work to Archive of Our Own or Fanfiction.net?
We ask that everyone holds on their work until after the zine is released.
